What is the difference betwenn individual vs collective?
Jessica Carroll
01:01:23
Individual means that you'll enter individual student data.
nina kotelyan
01:01:35
Ooh, okay. Thank you. :-)
Jessica Carroll
01:02:42
Collective means that you'll enter the data collectively -- for example, 20 students exceeded expectations, 5 met expectations, 10 did not meet. You won't have to enter the information for each student.
nina kotelyan
01:03:22
Thank you for the clarification. I think you read my mind! Haha. I was wondering that exact thing that you just wrote. Thank you!!

How long does it take to change SLOs if they're no longer relevant?
Brad Krein
01:18:03
that's a curriculum issue. probably about a year
Jessica Carroll
01:18:18
You will need to go through the curriculum modification process to change SLOs. It's a pretty simple change in eLumen to initiate that modification.
Dorothy Nunn
01:19:28
Thank you Diane, this was very helpful before I need to set up my measures for this semester.
Cassidy Sterling
01:21:45
Thank you Diane
Leslie Murray
01:24:29
When picking the SLO to assess it is linking to one of very many PSLOs/Certificates, how is this choice made?
Jessica Carroll
01:25:27
Leslie, I don't totally understand your question. Could you elaborate?
Jessica Carroll
01:26:27
Do you mean that there are many PSLOs and certificates available to you in the dropdown menu? If so, that's based on what department you are creating the assessment from.
Leslie Murray
01:27:01
In the box “Pick SLO’s for Assessment” a PSLO is applied from the 20+ item dropdown menu. Do we evaluate every combination of SLO and PSLO? What is the significance of the choice
David Sheftman
