Who can see your viewing activity?
Is the summer term part of the upcoming academic year or previous year? For example, Summer 2020. Will that be part of the 19-20 or 20-21 year?
Datamart gives the numbers, is there a way to access the list of students submitted including errors if any?

If the data submission does not pass edits and errors are found, is there a one sheeter available to help us identify the errors to make the necessary changes?
Our IT department created an MIS report for us to see errors as they happen and to be able to pull information we have entered for each program.

how important is the accuracy of the top code?
our college has preset top codes. we can’t choose the code we think fits. only what is offered
so it doesn’t matter if we say a student is working as an office assistant and they are really working as a farm hand
Would the begin/end dates be based upon the student's employment contract, if one exists, or the dates of the reported term?
What proof is needed-student has dropped but attended one class meeting
Regarding the Special Majors Top Code List, for EOPS students if the degree program title does not exactly match the TOP Code Title, will it be an error and student is not counted?

What A & R reports are submitted each academic year? Where is this information located?
Many A&R staff submit the 320 report.. We are having a session specifically on A&R reporting. Additionally some A&R offices play a role in SIS data which feeds into MIS reporting.
