We should only have the two students who have been vetted and selected complete this, correct? I believe this is not an application for all interested students…we should use our own college-created form for this, right?

Our Cyber Security program degree at Southwestern College is in Administration of Justice. Can that be a choice also with CIS?

Who inputs the hours? Does the system "cut-off" at 75 hours?

@Teresa, the student inputs the daily hours, approved by timekeeper supervisor in workday. FCCC invoices Solano/Calbright and we get a record. There will be a notice 4 days prior to the submitted end of the internship to terminate the internship. Otherwise, students may go over, be careful and attentive to the termination step.

To clarify, the Foundation only has funding for 75 hours, correct?

That is correct, 75 hrs per student. If we go over, my host college Solano College would be on the hook for additional hours under our contract with the Foundation. The funding to pay the 75 hrs comes from the DOD. We budgeted $20hr burdened rate which works out to around $15/hr plus the payroll taxes and workers comp.

Is the IIPP employer documentation only required under the current COVID-19 emergency health order? Will it be required of employers if and when the COVID-19 health order is lifted?

The IIPP is required beyond current COVID orders
