Our campaign has a monthly newsletter that goes to all K-12 counselors in CA and we have been featuring the benefits and availability of dual enrllment

It seems odd to me that we spend $15M per year on Calbright for a few dozen students but we only spend $12M on our statewide marketing campaign. How can we get this number increased? Maybe tenfold?
