transaction number, for our A.S. Requisitions, does the system enter an automatic number or do I?
If there's no designed template, can we create one?
Even though the signed absence forms are going directly to payroll?
Also if it's a more than 3 signatory how it works? I had an issue this morning.
Yes, you can setup a template. However creating workflows is a feature you can request. We'll be happy to help with that.

@Carolina: You can per Miguel’s comment above in the chat, but you will need to contact IT Help for further assistance.
You can upload your own forms to create templates. the creating of Workflows feature however, is more advanced and we would need to give you access/training upon request.
You can only attach up to 2 documents in the 9-line requisition?
can you add someone like another administrative assistant to also get a copy of a requisition
That would be true for requisitions only not other specific forms right?

I have another admin asst that I want to send reqs to. So in the manage section, I can see a copy of my requisition. So right after I send it, I make a copy of it and attach it to a regular email and send it to her so she knows it is in the system.
When you share is the other person allowed to change or edit your requests?
what about if you work for 2 different departments if you share your documents does both departments see everything?
As the person who created the document, can we make changes at any given time during the process?
I see the myTime hours for student workers? We will be able to send this to the student worker via their student email?

Why wouldn't the Admin do this, rather than the Manager?
How do you bring a pdf document from outlook email to Adobe Sign to process and send to the next approver?
