Thank you, Everyone. I have another meeting at 11:00 am. Students tell me they love not having to pay for a textbook. But it hasn't changed the dynamic much. They still won't read the book. Oh, well.

Your 3rd bullet - does a "toolkit" mean that you will allow other colleges to duplicate and/or build off your original survey questions so that it can be administered locally?

Really nice development and conceptualization of your survey. Including the qualitative questions is key I think too. It offers the evidence and narrative to the problem addressed in the survey.

Can you repeat how many colleges took part to gather this initial research?

10 colleges

DVC, Cerritos College, Golden West, Moorpark, Reedley, El Camino, MIracosta, Berkeley City, Chabot, and Evergreen

@Ryan, you can still use that list as a starting point. I always contact those instructors and direct them to our ZTC form if they are using OER or not using a textbook

We were in the process of creating one.

We ran a limited survey at IVC. We used quotes as part of our Open Ed Week celebrations last year, across our social media platforms.

Several instructors have done them in their own classes, but nothing across the board.

I've sent out various surveys to instructors and students who are enrolled in my Library Science 101 course.

At Mendocino College we have surveyed faculty but have yet to survey students. I plan to share the webinar and info with our new OERI liaison and hope they will implement in the FA22 if possible...Never not working as an adjunct when it comes to equity

Skyline has run both student and faculty ZTC/OER awareness and experience surveys from 2018-2021
