Is the Department SLO submitted into eLumen for each individual Faculty Assessment Analysis, or do we wait until several of them for several courses have been logged?
Jyothi Suresh
20:02
That is definitely useful.
Jennifer Cass
21:21
@Dave The Dept SLO form should include all assessments from faculty. You can keep regenerating the data to include submissions after you start the form.

I don't see the links to eLumen. Could someone add them to the Chat?

I'd like to use it - but need that flex workshop!

Elumen does not work with Safari on a Mac
Jessica Carroll
47:41
Correct, Peter. eLumen plays best with Chrome browsers.
Jyothi Suresh
01:08:49
Much appreciate you doing that, Jennifer!

When is the departmental form due? We have had so many issues with individual assessments…and my slo flex meeting has been cancelled today due to likely evacuation for me and some other ECE faculty…
Steve Schessler
01:10:18
Can I throw in a quick comment on that?
Steve Schessler
01:11:01
One data point we've discussed in PIE has included faculty participation in SLO assessment as part of the larger move toward gathering and reflecting on our data
Jyothi Suresh
01:23:33
What do the percentages mean again?
Jennifer Cass
01:23:59
The percentages summarize the scores for the students in the data so far.
Jennifer Cass
01:24:17
It's not a summary of how many faculty have submitted.
Jyothi Suresh
01:24:28
Ok.

Can we go through the steps to Generate Data and then exit without saving or generating the Dept Assessment form? I just want to check out previous semesters and see what is in there.
Ginger Charles
01:30:31
Sorry Diane, I have to run to another meeting. Thank you for everything.
Jessica Carroll
01:30:36
Nancy, just click save draft. Then you can click the initiatives subtab and view previous semesters' assessment analyses.
Jessica Carroll
01:31:33
You can save just a portion and that information will retain. It won't force you to fill in anything else, and you don't have to click save on any of the other sections.
Jyothi Suresh
01:41:27
Can we go over how to see those individual reflections?
Nancy Stucker
01:43:07
Can DCs delete if they want to start over?
Nancy Stucker
01:44:02
Can faculty also save their individual assessments as pdf?
Nancy Stucker
01:48:02
Great. Thanks!

Thanks Diane!
