The message of Students First is strong in all that we do. When you all get home tonight, you will see on the news about the death of one of my SFFD Academy Students, Jason Cortez. He left a wife and two young children. He was a very bright young man whose life was snuffed out in a few minutes. Keep all your family close and remember to tell them how much you love them. Jason left home this morning and who could have known that his wife and sons would never see him again.
