There is a feeling in the 4CD that we need to develop a "conflict of interest" policy in regards to faculty requiring and charging students for a text they have written. Sometimes these charges are significant.

That seems like the ethical thing to do. I like that idea

We also used our HEERF funds for an "Accessibility Specialist" who we stole from DSS for a while who then training faculty to be "Accessibility Ambassadors". These ambassadors offer drop-in one-on-one help and by appointment help. The goal is greater diffusion of accessibility skills and knowledge across the college.
