The pitiful part of all of this is that you are as you said preaching to the choir. Those who really need to hear your words are not all present.
How and where do we learn how to use data as you have to illuminate the disparities that exist in education. I work at a Western Mass High School and I am using State Data to highlight structural inequities but I still fear that I have blind spots.
