How do we turn on captions? We're having problems hearing her.
If you have questions, pose them here-use the pull down menu "everyone"
There’s no live closed captioning available. We can provide audio transcrip after the meeting.
we are having a hard time hearing her... anyone else?
Yes same here.
audio is worse
Audio not good
I wonder if this is related to the option of computer audio vs. calling in. I tend to get more feedback when using computer audio.
i assume is computer audio option as well - i am hearing a lot of feedback
are you talking?
I've got very clear on the phone.
Terri, it's quiet now.
Do we all need to move to the phone? I've lost all audio.
The phone doesn't work either.
they must of pause it
The Chancellor’s Office will join us momentarily. We are trying to increase the clarity of audio. Thanks and apologies for the issue.
There are other individuals here that do not have access at all. Increasing the volume of the audio will not help others who need this live captioned.
I can't hear anything on the computer , and both phone numbers are full and won't let us in.
There is a major echo here.
Jones, Las Positas College
Just a suggestion: Mute the computer mic.
yes, that is how i was trying to have audio access since there is no live captioning - but they did not let me in on the phone
It sounds like the Twilight Zone when people are speaking...
I have lost all audio as well
No audio here.
it did get worse - maybe we had it best as it were
I can hear you.
Yes, much better.
Yes. It is much better.
Is it possible to get a copy of the powerpoint please?
i was told it would be available after
We’ll be happy to provide copies of the slides.
More explanation regarding the maximum would be helpful.
The powerpoint is now available online at https://www.ccleague.org/sites/default/files/pdf/state-advocacy/dsps_town_hall_june_18.19.pdf
Based on what you've presented, it sounds like allocations in 19/20 should be similar to 18/19, rather than similar to those in the simulation released earlier this year. Is that correct?
please repeat the maximum allotment?
Ditto to David's question.
This will be based on 17-18 WSC?
Where can we find the weights?
Are we using 18-19 WSC?
Can you post info on the DSP&S website too not just on the listserv?
Was there an answer to David's question regarding whether or not the allocation will be similar to last years?
