what do we do about districts that do not use Cal-Pass Plus?
i understand CCCApply will undergo some changes (to reduce the length of the application). Do we anticipate the HS data collection option will remain?
@ljett-dias if you have VoIP/networked phones, Zoom can sometimes default to sending the audio through your phone and you have to manually change it to play through your computer
@Jenni: you can work with calpass to encourage a district to participate, you can also request your president reach out to their principal to encourage participation and let them know why it is important. If that doesn't work, you can use CCCApply self-report as an alternative.
@lmchavez: the self-reported questions on the CCCApply application will not be changed when the overall application is streamlined.
Any recommendations for regression discontinuity resources for people who know multiple regression but have never done regression discontinuity?

How can we embed equity into data practices at individual colleges?
In designing our new composition sequence, we will use the GPA cut offs recommended in the AB 705 memo to recommend placement for students. However, there is a desire to require our most foundational English course for students with GPAs below 1.9. What research plan do you recommend we use to validate this?
