ryan french
40:19
Budget changes will take place within the project. Only certified projects will be reportable in fiscal reporting. Therefore, update your project budget and certify, then do your fiscal reporting.
jjaramillo

Will budget show 10 quarters because of the 30 month window, or just four quarters
Kimberly
43:48

It would be extremely helpful if we could do our budget changes in the same screen as the fiscal reporting.
Toni Edgerton
44:48
Will the fiscal reporting allow you to enter YTD expenditures that exceed the current project budget?
cread
45:04
How do we uncertify to change the budget?

Sara Goldware
50:48
Will there be a way to look at total spent per quarter across all projects?

Is College Signing Athority the same for Projects and for Fiscal Reporting?
lknuppel
57:55
To clarify, if a project started in 16-17 but is ongoing in Round 2 in the 17-18 and/or 18-19 FYs, should we change the end date on the original project, or put it in as a new project in each fiscal year, with the appropriate end date for those fiscal cycles?
Kate Raymundo, BACCC
01:00:26
Must a project be certified before a fiscal report is available?
tdodson
01:00:44

jjaramillo

Zhenya Lindstrom
01:11:40
when I requested accounts to be created for CTE faculty who are interested in submitting local project proposals for 18-19, I received a note from the help desk that those new accounts will be read only and they won't be able to create projects. Is that true? If yes, why is that?
keller magenau
01:12:16
if we want to use 16-17 funds on a new project started this year, do we need to have a project start date at 16-17?
