when looking at units to AA/AS or ADT, are the results excluding students with a prior degree? that is, are the units to degree just units to first degree, or if a students earns a second AA in 2018 will it look at all the previous units including those used for the student's first AA in 2016, for example

The transfer data are in counts whereas to calculate percentage point gap for the Student Equity Plan, we would need rates.

We would like to have the source data not to replicate the data but further analyze the data. For example, we can crosstabulate gender and ethnicity. We'll also need the source data to calculate Percentage Point Gap index, which otherwise would have to be calulated manually by jotting down SSM dashboard data.

I agree with the last comment; researchers need access to the unitary data through Data on Demand to further examine the data and conduct more in-depth analyses.

I agree with the last two comments. Unitary data is essential so that we don't waste time attempting to replicate the dashboard.
