I'm in conversation with MIS to see if and what part of this data can be made available back to the colleges in Data on Demand.
The issue is not whether we want to make the data available to the colleges at record level. The issue is the availability of resources and prioritization of this task.
According to the DED, if a student has attended a CCCApply college, their LGBT status will be pulled in, even for colleges that aren't on CCCApply. This will result in an undercount for colleges not yet on CCCApply.

To the question on disaggregated data in the csv export: if there are more than 10 students meeting the outcome, then you should be able to see the disaggrated data.
For Completionof Math and English: Yes. Completed both transfer-level math and English in their first academic year of credit enrollment within the district (summer, fall, winter, spring)

Loris: we are planning to share the DI calculation file with you this week.
G Stoup: Philosophically, SSM was designed not around how the college is funded so as to not make it an accountability metric set, but used to help colleges track students along their educational journey, identify the gaps, and remvoe barriers.

Will VFS transfer goal (ADT or UC/CSU) in local goal template be aligned with SEP transfer goal in SEP template (any 4-year)? Crosswalk doesn't say if SEP template retains a transfer goal directed at transfer to any 4-year (although it says calculations of various components is same as in VFS).
Ani: We use the latest race/ethnicity category found in the state. We have a category for "multiple values reported" if more than one category is found statewide for a student.

2019 - completion is based on outcomes recorded/documented in the system. So if the student was conferred the award in 2019, that is the year the award is reporte
