For managed enrolled nc classes, couldn’t we pursue a model like credit with just the one census roster?

My understanding is that there isn’t homework for noncredit. Does this depend on the course outline?
In a nutshell, how does the formula differ from credit DE?
@Kats: you’re correct that auditors check for sign in rosters for positive attendance. In part, that’s why I think any form of positive attendance makes no sense for any kind of DE. Hence, the need to move to a one census roster model like credit DE :)
@Kats: sorry, I wasn’t clear on that. I’m suggesting amending Title 5 to create a new model for accounting for attendance for NC DE courses that would NOT require any positive attendance.
