Meg Phelps
Professor, Art History @Ventura Community College
Meg holds her MA in Art History and has taught Art History and Art Appreciation part time at Ventura College for 20 years. She is also an Independent curator, student of Museum Studies at Johns Hopkins, and Curator of Creativity at the Santa Paula Art Museum. She has been teaching online for eight years.
Suzanne Wakim
Professor, Biology @Butte College
Suzanne Wakim has designed and developed many biology courses including five online courses. She has helped write textbooks and learning ancillaries including content for Nature, Discovery Education, OpenStax, and Carnegie Mellon’s OLI. Her current roles include OER Coordinator, Honors Department Chair, and Biology Instructor at Butte Community College.
